Lebanese Cuisine Cooking Classes are a real passion for me. Bursting with fresh ingredients and rich flavours, I was always in the kitchen helping to prepare the family meals. It gives me great pleasure to pass on the teachings of my mother from her kitchen to yours.
The three key ingredients to add to any Lebanese dish are garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Using these ingredients, I will take you through the fresh, delicious flavours and aromas of the Middle East to create traditional dishes like Hummus, Baba Ghanoush, Tabouli, Riz and Grilled Lemon Garlic Sumac Chicken.
You will learn to cook with fresh vegetables like red peppers, eggplant, green beans, and zucchini, all of which the Okanagan graciously offers, as well as chick pea, lentil and rice dishes. And let’s not forget the BBQ with kabobs or lemon chicken.
Besides learning to cook a new cuisine, cooking classes are also a great way to celebrate special occasions, share an activity with your group, friends or co-workers or add something special to a party.
- Demonstrative classes are limited to 8–12 participants in the class location
